Micro Math Capital (“we,” “us,” or “the company”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit micromathcapital.com or subscribe to our research, how we use it, and the rights you have.
Information we collect
When you subscribe to the μ Letter or any of our research lists, we collect your name and email address. If you contact us through the site, we collect anything you choose to include in that message. We do not collect or store payment information.
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location based on IP. This is collected by standard server logs and analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your email to send you our research notes and occasional updates. We use technical data to measure traffic, improve the site, and detect abuse. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our email list. By subscribing you agree to your email being stored with Brevo for delivery. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us directly.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for basic site functionality (remembering your form inputs, session state) and aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work normally if you do.
Sharing of data
We share your information only with the service providers we need to operate the site and our newsletter, including our email platform (Brevo), our hosting provider, and analytics tools. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Your rights
You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@apollorelations.com. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively, including the right to portability and the right to object to processing.
Data retention
We keep your subscription data while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your email is removed from active sending lists but may be kept on a suppression list to ensure we don’t accidentally email you again.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date above will change. Material changes will be communicated through the newsletter or a notice on the site.
